Addon Meshes can cause airfields show up sometimes a mile away. During RTW races we can sometimes see in multiplayer baton holder and wingman a mile from each other yet both are supposed to be right next to each other on the same runway.
I must check the rules about addon meshes. They do make piloting more of a challenge rather than easier so banning them doesn't make sense.
However if it is percieved by those that don't know this for a fact because they don't have such addons that those that do have them have some unfair advantage then there is a problem.
A ruling on this before it could possibly be an issue would be not entirely stupid waste of committee time. There are terrain hugging flights with the altitude restrictions and all that to consider. This may have been done already.
I can't see anything about meshes that sticks out. I'll keep looking and hopefully someone that knows could post about it for us all to see and remember.

Avian, don't worry so much about what the jpg image shows... the kml file shows you flying around the mountain each time. Um, never said a word! Looking forward to race #2 though! oops, sorry... Guess that was bushflyer

'Well played' on the grumpiness , Jimmy (but if you had as much problems with Duenna as I've had, isn't it possible you'd be a bit grumpy too? ). Anyways, point well taken... I think I'd be better off just posting the kml image instead of the jpeg Duenna provides. From what I noticed in my flights (and many other pilot's flight jpeg's), those Duenna-generated jpeg's are simply too vague for any significant photographic accuracy imo. So be it -cooler heads have prevailed now on my end, and I'm looking forward to next month's race. Thanks Jimmy!

Actually, there's no need to post anything. That's what the upload server is for. :^) Yes, the duena jpg does not have the same fidelity as the kml/gmaps route path. So, all I was trying to convey was: even if your duenna jpg does not show you circling the mountain, there is no need to re-fly the flight because the log site will tell the real story.
