That one didn't start very well here either. 1. Headed up the wrong valley and busted the 2000 ft ceiling. Weather was pretty much socked in, with very limited visibility at times. So in the stress of hugging the ground, keeping the pine needles out of my wings, looking for the way, I lost track of the leg timing on my flight plan (no GPS) and changed heading too early and headed off up a wrong side valley, into clouds, which led me above the ceiling. 2. Landed at the wrong place. Only after the flight did I realise that the destination is the small inlet, not the whole cove. I should have better looked at the picture. So I guess I landed at the wrong place. I think I'll take advantage of the second flight open to me end refly. fs-duenna.com/flights/ShowFlight.php?flight=nK5DBVHf0vwR7F6Y1WRWhDisP0MAttachments:

Agree, this is not bush flying, but rather something out of an accident report. ;D
... but it is fun.

Leg 6 - course done. Though it was easy from a flying perspective, it was quite interresting. Landing after the last leg I realised that there were just 4.4 gal fuel left - seems I had been too skimpy in my fuel planning. Had to throttle back for this leg, and threw some fearful glances at the fuel indicator heading for the empty sign. Finally landed with 1.4 gal left. Now where's that cold beer ? ;D fs-duenna.com/flights/ShowFlight.php?detail=flight&value=Ehy6p8jnQ7shYx3a3HPcVTEzTo
